About the app
Heart Heater was developed by Anna Piuro as a personal tool for organizing communication and observing relationships.
Data you can add
You may add names or aliases, relationship types, preferred contact rhythms, contact history, notes, important dates, initiative details and optional mood and energy ratings.
Where data is stored
App data is stored locally on your device. Heart Heater 1.0.0 creates no user accounts, uses no server synchronization or advertising profiles, and does not send the contents of the local database to the developer. Android system backup is disabled; transfer is available only through an explicit JSON export initiated by you.
Anonymous website analytics
Heart Heater counts page views and clicks on “Open the app” and “Download APK” only on its public information pages. It stores the path from a fixed allowlist of public pages, time, language, device class, country code, referring domain, and a one-way hash of a random identifier for the current browser tab session. It does not store IP addresses, full User-Agent strings, names, notes, or contact history. The /app pages and private /feedback panel are not measured. Event records are automatically deleted after 90 days and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Optional feedback
When you tap “Send warmth,” only the text you enter, interface language, app type, and submission time are sent to the Heart Heater server. You may send a heart without text. Names, notes, and contact history are never attached automatically. Feedback is not linked to an account; a receipt number is shown after sending and can be used to request deletion.
Notifications
Reminders are created locally. Names are hidden by default. Responding to an action in a notification may create a local contact entry.
Export and restore
You can create a JSON file containing local data and share it through a system app of your choice. Sharing starts only after your explicit action. Further processing depends on the service you choose. Heart Heater does not encrypt the exported file itself.
Biometric protection
Verification is handled by the operating system. Heart Heater does not receive or store fingerprints, face images or your device passcode.
Deletion
You can delete all local data in the app settings. To delete optional feedback you submitted, contact the developer and include the receipt number shown after sending.
Children
Heart Heater is not intended specifically for children and was not designed as a children’s app.
